For 2012, changes to the Chrysler Town & Country are in trim, with the Limited receiving new interior lighting and appointments, and new wheels.
The Town & Country uses a 3.6-litre V6 with six-speed automatic transmission. Trim levels are the Touring, Touring-L and Limited.
Features on the Touring include 16-inch alloy wheels, tri-zone automatic climate control, second-row Stow ‘n Go seating, power driver’s seat, premium centre console, tilt and telescopic leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, fuel economizer mode, power sliding doors, power liftgate, power-adjustable pedals, Media Centre 430 radio with 6.5-inch touch screen and 30-GB hard drive, DVD player, Sirius satellite radio, rear rechargeable flashlight, rear overhead storage with ambient LED lighting, electronic vehicle information centre, driver’s knee airbag, backup camera, fog lamps, Stow ‘n Place roof rack, body-colour mirrors, automatic headlamps and deep-tint sunscreen glass.
The Touring adds 17-inch alloy wheels, perforated heated leather seats, eight-way power passenger seat, second- and third-row window shades, remote starter and security alarm.
The Limited adds 17-inch polished aluminum wheels, luxury Nappa leather seats, heated second-row seats, heated wood and leather-wrapped steering wheel, Uconnect hands-free phone with voice recognition, xenon headlamps, driver’s side memory, Keyless Enter-n-Go, chrome mirrors with integrated turn signals, bright roof rails and door handles, and SafetyTec package of blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-path detection, SmartBeam headlamps, rain-sensing wipers and rear park-assist.
